Nelson S. (Cis) Larin

Nelson S. “Cis” Larin, born in 1890, played both junior and senior hockey in Montreal and many other parts of Quebec.

He also played senior hockey in his home arena and again on county teams.

He also played semi-pro for the city of New Haven in Connecticut, USA.

He finally played in the City Industrial League and then on to the Old Timers, the highlight of which was playing a face off with the great Newsy Lalonde at the Bob Turner Memorial Centre.

He died in 1976.
