William “Bill” T. Fagan, Sr., born in 1902, was an outstanding tennis player.
He won the Cornwall singles on three occasions. Bill was a great promoter of the game. He took a great interest in young Girls and Boys. Bill was instrumental in building a court at King George Park and the athletic grounds.
