Broomball Builder. Known as Zorro.
Building from an established base, Bob Racine organized the a town league known as the JOC.
He became treasurer of the Eastern Ontario Broomball Association during the 70’s and in 1979 amalgamated his JOC league with Seaway Valley Broomball League to form the Cornwall Regional League.
Bob orchestrated the formation of outstanding players from the area to play in national competitions and his teams won two gold medals and two bronze medals.
