Flannigan, Jenna

Jenna first developed a love of the game of Baseball as a young athlete in the Cornwall District Minor Baseball Association, enabling her to develop the physical and intellectual skills to take her game to the next level, culminating in an international playing career that included three Women’s Baseball World Cup medals and a Pan Am Games medal. After joining the national team in 2011, Flannigan helped Canada win the bronze medal at the 2012 IBAF World Cup in Edmonton, going 4-for-4 with four runs scored in the bronze medal game.

She was also named to the World Cup All-Star team as an outfielder, thanks to her .586 batting average, 17 hits and 14 runs scored, all ranking her second in the tournament. Flannigan won a national title with Team Quebec in 2011 and another with Team Ontario in 2013 when she was named top hitter of the tournament. Jenna represented Canada as a mainstay member of the Women’s National Team for eight seasons.
