Welcome to The Cornwall Sports Hall of Fame

It was a long night with 16 inductions and two teams enshrined. Great memories and long lasting friendships were rekindled on Saturday October 5th at the Hall of Fame Gallery and Salons inside the Cornwall Civic Complex. Our class of 2024 bio’s will be loaded to our inductees pages soon. Thanks to everyone who made our first (post Covid) banquet a success.

Thinking ahead

Although not yet confirmed the 2026 banquet will tentatively take place October 3rd, 2026. If you have someone in mind who should be considered for a place in the CSHOF – check out our criteria page and submit an induction application prior to the end of February 2026. Until then, all the very best in sports…The CSHOF committee.

The Sports Hall of Fame is located at ice level at the Civic Complex, overlooking the St. Lawrence River in downtown Cornwall.

The Sports Hall of Fame was created to celebrate the heritage of sport in the community, and to recognize the accomplishments and efforts of the many athletes and builders who have worked hard to promote their own individual sports.

The Cornwall Sports Hall of Fame is located at the Cornwall Civic Complex in Lamoureux Park, and includes a number of features:

  • Wall of Heroes (Main Concourse)
  • Cornwall Royals Showcase (Main Concourse)
  • Hockey Murals (Ed Lumley Arena Concourse)
  • Sports Gallery and Exhibits (Lower Level)
